For decades, infrastructre has worshipped the Platforms that promises Governance, Finance Management, people management and Business Consultancy, and those platforms perceived  as the ultimate "single source of truth" . We have been conditioned that if data is cleanly formatted data represents the absolute reality of the business, anything else is just garbage.  However, this is a fundamental architectural flaw: we have falsely equated Systems of Record (SoR) with enterprise intelligence . Reality is far more sobering.
